FAQ
Questions
What is PolyBaba?
PolyBaba helps people do business in the Pacific with confidence. We're starting with kava: connecting buyers with verified sellers in Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Samoa and across the South Pacific.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the waitlist is free, and there's no obligation to buy.
What does "verified seller" mean?
We check sellers before they're listed, so you can source with more confidence than buying from an unknown seller online.
What if the seller doesn't ship my order?
You get your money back. We hold your payment until the seller ships.
Do I need to speak the seller's language?
No. PolyBaba will have full translation built in, so you can message native speakers in your own language.
Can I buy wholesale or in bulk?
Bulk and wholesale buyers are welcome on the waitlist. Choose "Wholesaler or distributor" as your buyer type so we can follow up about your needs as sellers come on board.
What's the Fijian kava launch offer?
It's a special offer for early waitlist members. We'll email the details after you sign up.
Will you share my information?
No. We only use your details to contact you about PolyBaba, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
