1. What we collect

• Buyers: name, email, phone (optional), country, buyer type and the kava origins you are interested in.
• Farmers and sellers: name, farm or business name, country and island, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), products, minimum order, supply amount, notes, and any uploaded certificates (export license, phytosanitary certificates).
• Referral source: the link you came from, for example a reel link, so we know which posts work.

2. Why we collect it

• To keep your place on the waitlist and contact you about PolyBaba.
• To send you your welcome email, launch offers and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To review documents for the Verified badge.
• To understand which posts and links bring people to PolyBaba.

3. Where it is stored

Your information is stored with Netlify, the service that hosts our website, and emails are sent through Google. Uploaded certificates are kept private and only PolyBaba staff can view them.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with services that help us run PolyBaba (such as hosting and email), or when the law requires it. When the marketplace opens, buyers and sellers will see the details needed to trade with each other.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on the waitlist or use PolyBaba, and delete it when you ask or when we no longer need it.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@polybaba.io. To stop emails, reply STOP or use the unsubscribe note in any email. Farmers can update their minimum order and products with their private link.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser remembers which link you came from (for example a reel link) so it can be saved with your sign-up.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
