Does it cost anything?
No. Joining the seller waitlist is free.
How do I get paid?
The buyer pays PolyBaba first. We hold the money and release it to you once shipping is confirmed.
I don't speak much English. Is that okay?
Yes. PolyBaba will have translation built in, so you can message buyers in your own language.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum on PolyBaba is 100 kg per order. You choose your own minimum (100 kg or more) and can change it any time with the private link we give you after you join.
How do I get Verified?
Send PolyBaba your export license and phytosanitary certificate(s). Upload them on the form, or later with your private link. We check them and add the Verified badge. Listing without them is still free. Fiji: export steps and permits are on the Fiji Trade Portal.
What happens after I join?
We'll contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email when seller sign-up opens, to set up your farm and products.
